Shift Information: 5/8 Day Shift is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm 4/10 Day Shift is Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm 4/10 Swing Shift is Mon-Thurs 4:20pm-2:50am 3/12 Day Shift is Fri-Sun 5:20am-5:50pm 3/12 Swing Shift is Fri-Sun 5:40pm-6:10am
Manufacturing Manager - 5/8 Day Shift: CNC Machinist - 4/10 Day & Swing, 3/12 Day Shift: Must be able to set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) milling machines. Determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements per drawing or sample part. Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or control media as required. Verify conformance of finished workpiece to specifications. Deburr parts as needed. Min 3 to 5 yrs. experience with complex set up, troubleshooting and operations. Knowledge of D19000 standards for aerospace industry req'd. Ability to work with complex math concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Knowledge of lean mfg principles desirable. CNC Maintenance Technician - 4/10 Day Shift: The preferred candidate will possess 3-5 years of facilities and machine repair experience. Must have a solid background and an understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuitry, CNC control, and CNC machine mechanical repair. EH&S/OSHA training a plus. Planner/Manufacturing Engineer - 5/8 Day Shift: Duties include: Developing manufacturing bill of materials, tooling requirements, and manufacturing sequences from customer defined engineering specifications and processes for aerospace detail parts and assemblies using the ERP system. (Vantage Preferred) Must have experience working with aerospace materials, tooling, processes and standards. Manufacturing or Industrial degree and/or 5 years aerospace manufacturing planning experience. NC Programmer- 5/8 Day Shift: Duties include: Develop N/C programs using Mastercam software from customer-defined specs for multi-axis machining centers. CNC machining experience desirable. Must be able to define tooling and method of mfg for aerospace structural components. Determine optimal tooling and the method of mfg for high-speed machining applications. Use of Vericut or similar verification process required. High school diploma and a minimum of 3 yrs experience NC part programming in the aerospace industry. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced job shop environment required.
