Shift Information:

5/8 Day Shift is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
4/10 Day Shift is Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm
4/10 Swing Shift is Mon-Thurs 4:20pm-2:50am


Shipping Clerk - 5/8 Days Shift:
Duties will include packaging and shipping parts, generating shipping documents, and interacting with internal and external customers. Min 1 yr. shipping exp., preferably aerospace. Must have exp. driving a forklift and strong computer skills.

Maintenance Technicion - 4/10 Day Shift:
Duties will include handling light maintenance and janitorial in a manufacturing setting. Duties will include dumping chips, cleaning, as well as assisting other maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have a maintenance/janitorial background in a manufacturing environment. Must have forklift experience.

Sheet Metal Mechanic - 4/10 Day and Swing Shift:
Prefer 3 years exp. in set up and operation of machines such as stretch-form, Hydro-form, brake press, shear, and bending rolls. Aerospace blueprint reading skills required.

CMM Programmer/Inspector - 4/10 Day and Swing Shift:
Duties include the following:
Inspect Aerospace Detail Parts and Assemblies Using Coordinates Measuring Machines, (CMM), Running PC-Dmis Software. Import MBD models from Catia, UG, IGES, STEP, and create geometry using PC-Dmis, to set up, program, and run multi-axis DEA CMMs) Conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements using Height Gages, Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gages, Protractors, Ultra-Sonic Thickness Testers, and other standard inspection gauging methodologies. Responsible for First Part Buy Off, Final Inspection, First Article Reports, Rejection Tags and Supplier Non-conformance notifications for Aerospace Structural Details and Assemblies. Examines manufacturing plans, engineering documents, drawings, and parts lists, (PCMs, ADCNs, SPECOs, DCNs, etc.), to determine product parameters and conformance to engineering per ASME Y14.5 specification. Working knowledge of aircraft tooling requirements and inspection of those requirements. Performs metal temper testing, to include Electrical Conductivity type II and Hardness Testing type I. (Eddy-Current and Rockwell testing) Refers to and has in-depth knowledge of aerospace aircraft material and process specifications. Must be capable of inspecting complex 3, 4, & 5 axis machine parts and able to program and run CMM using PCDMIS 4.3 Software. Strong mechanical layout experience and trigonometry skills required ASME 14.5 knowledge a must.

Senior Buyer - 5/8 Days Shift:
Duties will include handling contractual matters with suppliers, authorizing and administering purchase orders and contracts; evaluating purchase requirements for assigned commodities; negotiating price, schedule, and terms with qualified suppliers; improving internal visibility and supplier performance by analyzing supplier progress, identifying problem areas, initiating corrective action, and performing follow-up activities to ensure compliance; assist with negotiating and implementing long term contracts; managing an assigned workload for a variety of customers with varying degrees of complexity and deadlines; and managing assigned estimating projects including, supplier identification and competitive bids in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in business or a procurement related field; high school diploma required, 3 to 5 yrs experience in procurement, demonstrated competency with ERP systems (preferably Vantage) and Microsoft Office Programs, able to write reports and business correspondence, effective communication skills both verbal and written, able to analyze complex quotes and proposals, knowledge of regional aerospace supplier base.

Document Control Clerk - 4/10 Days Shift:
Compile and maintain all records to support engineering and production of aerospace detail parts and assemblies.
Work with customer service and engineering departments using customer electronic data systems to order, monitor, and maintain engineering drawings and specifications.
Provide engineering drawings, specifications and mylars to support all phases of production.
Maintain and insure the above mentioned documents, (drawing, parts lists, engineering specifications), are the current revision level for engineering and production.
Maintenance of archived Quality/Production Planning documents and mylars for future reference.
Research and compile data into reports for Quality.
Maintain, scan, and organize, work orders, quality plans, shipping data, and certifications in computer database and/or file system and file archived paper documents.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma and a minimum six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with different organizations and departments including customers, suppliers, and company personnel. Must have organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with computers and knowledge of computer software/applications for MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and data entry.
