Shift Information:

5/8 Day Shift is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
4/10 Day Shift is Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm
4/10 Swing Shift is Mon-Thurs 4:20pm-2:50am


Machinist - 4/10 Day Shift:
Min 2 yrs. experience with set ups, operations and troubleshooting of 3, 4, or 5 axis machining centers. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.

Swing Shift Supervisor - 4/10 Swing Shift:
Responsibilities include directing the activities for machining, sheet metal, quality, maintenance, and assembly. Will maintain production schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements. Responsible for employee relations, including hiring, disciplinary actions, training, etc. Minimum 5 - 7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. PC software skills required: Word, Excel, MRP. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills required.

Planner - 5/8 Day Shift:
Must be able to create and maintain mfg routings and bills of materials for production of sheet metal and machined components. Will prepare itemized tooling lists and plan most efficient sequence of mfg. processes. Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions a must. College or Technical degree preferred or equivalent work history with at least 2 yrs aerospace exp.

Welder - 4/10 Swing Shift:
Duties will include TIG welding of light gauge iconel sheet metal parts and some aluminum.
2 years TIG welding aerospace experience and/or training. Must be able to pass weld certification to AWS D17.1 and BAC5962. Vision must meet Jaeger2 or better per optometric guidelines.

Contracts and Program Manager - 5/8 Day Shift:
Duties will include:
Primary Customer Interface for assigned accounts. For those accounts:

  • Review and accept sales and change orders, resolving lead time, material availability, and customer requirements to establish delivery schedule. Negotiate Pricing and schedule, within terms of existing contract or order terms.
  • Interface with customers and company production operations to satisfy customer needs to the fullest extent possible for short flow times, late deliveries, partial shipments, expedite requests, and other customer requests. Provide liaison between customer & company production operations to fulfill order requirements.
  • Receive, analyze, coordinate and respond to customer requests for information, including capability capacity, business assessments, and order/reorder lead times.
  • Review & interface with customers to insure accuracy of customer's supplier performance metrics.
  • Prepare & conduct customer programs reviews as required for new and ongoing work and identify critical issues with potential resolution.
  • Develop effective relationships with customers, depending on scope & experience lead or participate in the sale of new work, co-ordinate submission of bids for new work, co-ordinate post-award processes between customer & company.
Must possess demonstrated interpersonal negotiating & teaming skills and the ability to resolve differences. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including working knowledge of Word., Excel, & Powerpoint. Project is a plus. Three to five years experience in aerospace related sales or manufacturing operations required, an associates or bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred. Limited travel required.

Sheet Metal Mechanic - 4/10 Swing Shift:
Prefer 3 years exp. in set up and operation of machines such as stretch-form, Hydro-form, brake press, shear, and bending rolls. Aerospace blueprint reading skills required.
